Detoxing the body, rejuvenating the mind. A 100% cold pressed juice regimen has been developed especially for the Reboot Retreat, to keep you charged and going throughout the day.
Mindful Living
A practice in calming the mind and replenishing the soul. Bayside and beachside yoga meets meditation, to explore during your stay and kick-start your new routine.
Fitness
Sweat therapy with a side of beach breeze. A balanced approach to wellness, the counter to yoga and meditative moments. Highlights include a personal fitness assessment, H.I.T. circuits, and the best spin experience around.

B Virtual Health & Wellness
B Virtual’s founder, Dr. Buffi Bailey holds a doctorate in nursing practice and is an ANCC board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. As a long-time local, she believes in community and supporting people close to home. While the concept of telemedicine is growing quickly, virtual care options from local providers have been limited. With an interest in helping others, an excitement to bring a new service to the area and am extensive background in healthcare, B Virtual was a natural next step. Dr. Buffi is a graduate of Troy University, where she became a registered nurse and earned a Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Most recently, she earned a Doctorate in Nursing Practice with a special focus in healthcare administration from Samford University. She currently serves as the RN to BSN Program Coordinator and faculty for a local university and carries a strong desire and commitment to educate our future nursing clinicians and leaders.
Classic City Catering
Exquisite cuisine and exceptional service are the hallmarks of Classic City Catering. It’s what clients throughout the Florida panhandle and Alabama Gulf Coast have come to rely on since 1989. David Penniman, owner of Classic City Catering, was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida. He began Classic City with the intention of providing Pensacola with a quality full-service caterer. Today Mr. Penniman is proud of the service Classic City brings, not only to Pensacola, but to the entire Southeast. David believes in using only the finest ingredients, including fresh, local products. His take on classic cuisine is both accessible and unique, and his creative process lends itself to preparing a wide range of cuisines to suit every client’s individual needs.
Empathic Practice
Felipe Muñoz is an Internationally accredited Meditation Teacher and Mindfulness Instructor. Founder and Stress Management Coach at Empathic Practice, a Holistic Wellness Clinic in Pensacola, Muñoz brings his creative talents to a new platform using sound as a healing tool for inner balance and to soothe the mind. Using singing bowls and electronic music, synthesizer, and environmental sounds, Felipe explores music and resonance in innovative forms while embracing his Brazilian roots and teachings in Reiki and Magik. Besides his work with meditation and art, Felipe coaches mindset and mindfulness for Leadership and is the Chief Operations Officer to Empathic Practice. He lives in Pensacola with his wife and children.
F.I.T. Training
Giorgio Trane is a personal trainer and lifestyle coach based out of Fitness Impact Training in downtown Pensacola.His focus on functional optimization drives results through a combination of targeted weight training and high-intensity interval exercise. Giorgio’s goal is to inspire both a physical and mental change in his clients by transforming doubt into achievement with personalized training programs and lifestyle coaching. He currently offers several levels of customized training, including boot camps, individual sessions, and group personal training.
Massage Buzz
Sports and Myofascial Therapist, James Fritschle (pronounced “Fritch-Lee”) holds certificates in Orthopedic Massage Therapy, Sports Massage, Flexibility Coaching and Personal Training. James has been practicing since 2001 and is affiliated with EXOS, Athletes’ Performance where he has worked for over a decade with Pro level and Tactical Military forces. He specializes in massage care for back and neck pain, repetitive motion/ sports injuries, myofascial bodywork, manual lymphatics and stress management. A recreational multi-sport athlete, James also understands what it means to move and train hard. In his spare time James also enjoys trail running, openwater swimming and beekeeping. Nikki Bloodworth
Nikki Bloodworth, MS, RD, LD, IBCLC is a registered dietitian who works in community nutrition within the Escambia County school system and teaches yoga in the area. Nikki has worked as a pediatric dietitian, renal dietitian, and lactation consultant and currently works with the pediatric population in the outpatient setting with Ascension Sacred Heart with their subspecialty clinics. Nikki has a passion for developing healthful habits early and helping others to learn to maintain their connection to the body’s natural cues for years to come. She practices nutrition with a mindset of mindfulness and connection to the body with how our foods make us feel and finding our best practices with the foods we pick to eat/nourish ourselves and believes that if we instinctively tune in to our minds and bodies when we eat, we can find our best balance.
Ride Society
Claire is a NYC media producer turned boutique fitness studio owner passionate about how building a lifestyle brand from the ground up can influence the culture of a community. As the creator of Ride Society, the Florida Panhandle’s first rhythm riding cycling studio, Claire does more than motivate riders to give it their all on stationary bikes. With more than 10 years of branding, film/television and event production experience, she’s obsessed with fusing her passion for creative excellence into building a wellness brand that’s founded on curating exceptional experiences, celebrates inclusivity and cultivates community that extends beyond the bike.

Yoga Abode
Donna Dickey is an inspiring teacher known for her calm and creative approach to making yoga accessible to all of her students. She earned her Yoga Instructor Certification in 2015 when she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through the Association for Yoga and Meditation Ashram. AYM is located in the foothills of the Himalayas near the Ganges River in Rishikesh, India, the yoga capital of the world. AYM is internationally accredited by Yoga Alliance. Donna is a registered yoga instructor (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance. Donna grew up in Gulf Breeze, Fla., and has lived in Atlanta, Charlotte and, most recently, Oahu. She has traveled the world attending yoga classes and festivals led by world-renowned teachers. After completing her studies and certification in India, she is proud to call Pensacola her home once again. When not on her mat, she enjoys traveling, bike riding, hiking, reading and quality time spent with her family and friends. She loves her city and is a proud volunteer for Rally Foundation and PACE Center for Girls. Donna was honored to be voted “Best Yoga Instructor” in 2019 and “Best Yoga Instructor, Runner Up” in 2018 by In Weekly’s Best of The Coast contest.
