Reboot From the Inside Out

The Reboot Retreat experience is centered around four pillars: plant-based nutrition, detox & rejuvenation, mindful living and fitness.

Plant-Based Nutrition

A plant-based diet is one of the simplest and most effective ways to recharge and nourish your body. We’ve curated the best vegan chefs on the Gulf Coast for a unique dining experience and education.

Detox & Rejuvenation

Mindful Living

A practice in calming the mind and replenishing the soul. Bayside and beachside yoga meets meditation, to explore during your stay and kick-start your new routine.

Leave Us a Note

Whether you have a question about the retreat or would like to know more about our hosting or private retreat opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.

Reboot started with a family blending together, from different walks of life, with a shared vision for the future. From common passions – for adventure, for moments of self-care, and for community. From a marriage of four life experiences and two different, but equally as important, reasons to Reboot. One finding peace among the fast-paced, tech startup world. The other stepping away from the 9-5 grind. Add in two siblings forging their way in the world and making mindful decisions about the journey their lives will take, and Reboot was born.

Coming together in 2019, this family of four has made it a priority to focus not only on self, but on community and the well-being of others. Through regular practice of the tenets that make up the Reboot Retreat, this is our way of sharing the moments and practices in our day that feed our mind, body, and spirit.

Our experts have been carefully curated to not only bring you a premium weekend of self-care, but to equip you with the knowledge to maintain the Reboot Retreat lifestyle everyday.
